A construction daily log app your crew will actually fill in

Most daily logs die because they ask for what the office already knows. Partner fills in the weather and who was on site from the time clock, so the person on the job adds only what nobody else could: what got done, what got in the way, and a photo of it.

Start free No card. Partner earns 2% only on work your customer approves.

Daily logs that half-write themselves

The log is done before you get back to the truck.

Open a log and the weather is already in it from the national service, along with who was on site from the time clock. Add photos and a few lines and it is filed — and it works with no signal, replaying when you are back in range.

  • Weather and manpower filled in automatically
  • Photo-first, built for a phone in one hand
  • Queues offline and replays with the real timestamp
  • Links to the tasks and punch items it mentions

How it runs on a job

  1. 1

Open today’s log on the job

The weather is already in it, and so is the crew — everyone clocked in on that job today, from the time clock.

  2. 2

Each crew member adds their own line

When someone clocks out for the day on a job, they write what they did and add a photo of it. Their entry lands under the job’s log with their name on it.

  3. 3

    Mark what got finished

The log asks which of the job’s tasks were finished today, so the job’s progress moves with the work.

  4. 4

Send the day to the client

One tap emails the client the day’s summary with the full sheet and its photos attached — or share just the photos to their portal.

Questions contractors ask

Does it work where there’s no cell signal?

Yes. Entries and photos queue on the phone and replay with their real timestamps when it’s back in range, so a basement or a rural site doesn’t lose the day.

Where does the weather come from?

The national weather service, for the job’s location, filled in when the log is opened. Nobody types it.

Can I require a log before people clock out?

Yes. You choose which roles must submit the day’s log before clocking out for the day; by default that’s admins and managers. Everyone else on the job writes their own short entry with a photo when they clock out.

Can my client see the logs?

Only what you send. Send this day emails them the summary and the sheet with photos; Share today’s photos puts the photos in their portal. Nothing goes to the client on its own.

Can I print a week of logs?

Yes — print or PDF any day, or export a whole week for one job in one file.
