Partner was built by a general contractor who ran jobs for ten years — and the early businesses on it are running real payroll and real bids today. We publish only real customer quotes, which is why the testimonials page is short for now.

Your plan starts and the card on file is charged for the cycle you chose. Nothing changes about your data — the trial and the paid plan are the same workspace.

No. Cancelling stops the next renewal — access continues through the period you’ve already paid for, and there’s no prorated refund for the remainder (the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first charge is the exception). If a subscription lapses your data is retained and access resumes as soon as billing is sorted out. That’s in the Terms, not just a promise here.

Yes. If Partner isn’t working for your business, email support@yourpartner.app within 30 days of your first charge and we’ll refund that payment in full — no forms, no exit call, no “retention offer.” It applies once per business, and your data export works whether you stay or go. Combined with the 30-day free trial, you get about two months to decide with nothing at risk. The guarantee is in the Terms, not just this page.

Yes — an owner can export the whole business as one JSON bundle covering every table your business owns: clients, projects, estimates, invoices, time, payroll, documents and the rest. Credentials and share tokens are redacted; everything else is yours.

Yes. The import wizard takes CSV exports and walks you through mapping columns, with step-by-step guides for where to find each export in Procore and Buildertrend — projects, directory/contacts, cost codes, RFIs, submittals and punch lists. Any other system that can produce a CSV works the same way.

Nothing breaks and nothing is blocked — the extra bills at the published rate. Starter includes 3 admin seats and 10 active projects, then $39/user/mo and $25/project/mo. Growth includes 10 seats and 50 projects at $59 and $20. Subcontractor and client viewers are unlimited on every plan — you only pay for internal admin seats.

Kowalski’s work — drafting estimates, reading blueprints and contracts, writing follow-ups — spends credits, and each plan includes a monthly allowance (500 on Starter, 2,000on Growth). When the month’s allowance is used up the AI features pause until it resets; everything else in Partner keeps working exactly as normal. Nothing is charged automatically for going over.

No setup fee — you set yourself up, with sample data to explore, and there’s no minimum term. Monthly is month-to-month; annual is paid for the year and simply doesn’t renew if you cancel. No sales call is required to see a price or to start.
