Partner is the software contractors use to run their jobs. Text messages are sent by Partner Business Software LLC, which operates Partner and holds the toll-free number +1 (844) 685-9001 the messages come from. This page is what you agreed to and how to stop it.
Who is texting you
The sender is Partner Business Software LLC — every message comes from the same toll-free number, +1 (844) 685-9001. The message is about work you’re having done, so your contractor’s name appears in the text. If you don’t recognise it, reply STOP and no further texts will be sent to you.
Turn on text updates
If your contractor runs their business on Partner, you can opt in to text updates right here — or tick the same box in your customer portal. Both record the same consent.

What gets sent, and how often
- Your estimate is ready to look at
- Your crew is on the way
- An invoice is ready, with a link to pay it
These follow the job, so frequency varies — a few over the course of your project, not a schedule. We do not send marketing texts.
Consent is not required to hire anyone
You can say no to texts and still get every quote, invoice, and update by email. Nobody has to agree to messages to use Partner or to work with a contractor who uses it, and saying no does not change your price or your service.
Stopping, or getting help
Reply STOP to any message and the texts end immediately — you’ll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to turn them back on, or HELP for contact details.
