AI receptionist for roofers
Every roofing call answered — even when you’re on the roof.
It asks what a roofer needs to know — leak or replacement, water coming in now, roof type and age — and treats an active leak or storm damage as urgent.
What it asks a new caller
- What is going on — a leak, storm damage, a repair, or a full replacement
- Whether water is coming inside right now, and where
- The type of roof (shingle, metal, flat or other) and roughly how old it is
- How many stories the building is
- Whether an insurance claim is involved or planned
One at a time, skipping anything they’ve already said — plus their name, number and the address.
What it treats as an emergency
- Water actively coming through the ceiling
- A tree or limb through the roof, or a storm that left the roof open
- A ceiling that is sagging or bulging with water
Safety advice first, then it files the call as urgent and alerts you — never promising a time or a price.

Questions
- Can I change what it asks?
- Yes. These are the roofing questions it starts with; in Settings you can rewrite the questions and the list of emergencies in your own words, one per line.
- What does it do in an emergency?
- Safety first — If a ceiling is sagging or water is near lights, outlets or the electrical panel, tell them to keep everyone out of that room and away from the electrical — and to call 911 if anyone is in immediate danger. Then it takes their name, the address and the best number, files the call as urgent and alerts you right away. It never promises an arrival time or a price.
- Will it quote prices?
- No. It takes the details and a person follows up. It never invents prices, schedules or commitments on your behalf.
