Every figure here is arithmetic over the rows in your file, not an estimate. Nothing is sent to anyone — the drafts are yours to copy, edit, and send yourself.

What it does

Adds up what's actually owed: Balance per invoice — total minus what's been paid — with paid and voided rows excluded. If your export has no balance column, we derive it; if it has no amount column at all, we say so instead of guessing.
Ages every dollar: Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ days past due. Past 90 days, collection odds drop sharply — knowing which bucket your money sits in is most of knowing what to do about it.
Writes the chase for you: A ready-to-send message per client, listing their exact invoices and amounts, with the tone matched to how late they are — friendly at a week, direct at ninety days. You put your name on it; nothing sends unless you send it.
