Questions
- Do I have to switch phone companies?
- No. You forward your existing number — when you don’t answer, when you’re busy, or always. Your carrier does that with a setting; we’ll walk you through it.
- Can it book appointments?
- Yes, once your visit hours are set: it offers open times and books the site visit on the call. Booked visits show up in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar through a subscription link. Until then it takes the details and tells the caller you’ll call to schedule.
- What if a caller hangs up before it can help?
- Once your number is approved for business texting (US carriers require it; we file it for you), they get one text from your number — “Sorry we missed your call”, a way to reply, and your booking link if you take bookings — with how to stop. Once per caller per day, and you can switch it off.
- What happens past 300 minutes?
- Calls keep getting answered; extra minutes are $0.35 each. Calls bill by the started minute, and calls under 15 seconds — wrong numbers, hang-ups — are free. Spam is free too: a robocall that never says a word, a number you block (it gets a busy signal), and a caller faking your own number.
- Will callers know it’s an AI?
- If they ask, it says so. It never pretends to be a person on your crew.
