AI receptionist for remodelers
Every remodeling inquiry answered — even mid-demo.
It asks which rooms, how big, when they want to start and whether they have plans — so the first call back is about the project, not the basics.
What it asks a new caller
- Which room or rooms, and what they want done
- Roughly how big the space is
- When they would like to start
- Whether they already have plans, drawings or a design in mind
- A budget range, only if they are comfortable sharing one
One at a time, skipping anything they’ve already said — plus their name, number and the address.
What it treats as an emergency
- Active water damage
- Storm or fire damage that needs the building secured
- Damage that could be structural
Safety advice first, then it files the call as urgent and alerts you — never promising a time or a price.

Questions
- Can I change what it asks?
- Yes. These are the remodeling questions it starts with; in Settings you can rewrite the questions and the list of emergencies in your own words, one per line.
- What does it do in an emergency?
- Safety first — If anything looks structurally unsafe, tell them to keep everyone out of that area — and to call 911 if anyone is in immediate danger. Then it takes their name, the address and the best number, files the call as urgent and alerts you right away. It never promises an arrival time or a price.
- Will it quote prices?
- No. It takes the details and a person follows up. It never invents prices, schedules or commitments on your behalf.
