Leaving CoConstruct? Compare before you move to Buildertrend
CoConstruct says its transition to Buildertrend is entering its final phase: projects can still be added through March 31, 2027, and the official path after that is a Buildertrend account. If you have to move anyway, it is worth comparing where you move to. Partner keeps what CoConstruct users relied on — selections against allowances, a client portal, change orders the client signs — and can be started free.
Partner: free to start, or $299/mo billed annually · Buildertrend: quoted by builder type and volume (no published price)
CoConstruct publishes no price today — its pricing page now carries the Buildertrend migration. Dates are from coconstruct.com.
Choose Buildertrend if…
- You want the official path: Buildertrend migrates CoConstruct accounts with its own support and training
- Your team would rather stay with the vendor that bought CoConstruct
- You prefer a decade of builder-specific track record over a newer product
Choose Partner if…
- Selections with the allowance variance shown live in a client portal — nothing for the client to sign up for
- An over-allowance selection drafts the change order for you, approved by the client on a link
- Bring your history: drop in a folder of CSV or Excel exports, mapped automatically, with a batch undo if it lands wrong
- Free to start (2% of approved work, no monthly fee) while you decide — no annual commitment
