Automated lead follow-up that keeps going while you’re on a roof

A bought lead goes to whoever reaches the homeowner first, and a quote nobody chases goes quiet. Partner catches each lead where it arrives, tells your salesperson at once, drafts the first reply in plain words, and keeps following up — on leads and on unanswered quotes — until someone answers or you say stop.

Follow-ups that chase themselves

Nothing goes quiet because you got busy.

Quotes that have not been answered, clients who have gone quiet, and jobs waiting on a decision all raise follow-ups on a schedule — with drafted copy you approve.

  • Sequences on quotes, leads and quiet clients
  • Drafted messages you approve before sending
  • Everything lands on the client timeline

Leads and a public request form

Web enquiries become real records, not another inbox to dig through.

A public request page feeds straight into your pipeline, with AI triage reading each enquiry for priority and next step. Nothing goes stale silently — the follow-up engine keeps the ones you have not answered in front of you.

  • Public /get-estimate intake page, indexable
  • AI triage: priority and a suggested next step
  • Automatic follow-up sequences on quiet leads
  • Lead funnel and win-rate reporting

How it runs on a job

  1. 1

Every lead lands in one place

Your public request page, the calls your AI receptionist answers, and the lead emails you forward — Angi and Thumbtack notifications included — each become a lead tagged with where it came from. Each business gets its own forwarding address.

  2. 2

    Your salesperson hears first

The moment a lead arrives, the person who sells is alerted with the job in plain words — “a new deck”, not “Build or Replace Deck or Non-Masonry Porch”. AI reads the request and sets a priority and a next step.

  3. 3

The first reply is written for you

A short first message is drafted from what they asked. Approve it, or let first replies send by themselves inside your business hours, up to a daily cap.

  4. 4

    Silence gets two more tries

A lead you’ve contacted who goes quiet gets up to two short follow-ups — after two days, then three more — and then the sequence stops for good. Marking the lead qualified, won or archived stops it sooner.

Questions contractors ask

Does it follow up on quotes too?

Yes. An estimate nobody has answered is followed up 3, 7 and 14 days after it was sent (you can change the days) — one follow-up per client per morning, and never once the quote’s valid-until date has passed.

How does it know they answered?

It can’t read your inbox, so you tell it: marking the lead qualified, won or archived ends the sequence. Replies to messages you send from Partner land in that client’s thread.

Will a client get chased twice in one day?

No. The automatic follow-ups and the ones you send from your follow-up list share a 20-hour cooldown, and quotes are chased one per client per morning.

Can I see what each lead source costs?

Yes. Record what a lead cost — a fee stated in an Angi lead email is picked up on its own — and the report shows what each source costs against the work it won.

Is it free?

Lead follow-up is in every plan, including the free one.
